Hours of operations
● Business hours are Monday - Sat
● 6pm VIP appointments are available for an additional $55, VIP appts.
Must be approved with me before booking. Please contact me directly
via the website chat or by messaging me.
● Please arrive on time after 10 minutes there will be a $25 late fee
added on to your balance. After 15 minutes your appointment will
need to be rescheduled with a new deposit/ or possibly canceled.
● Please give me a call if you’re running behind. If I am late to the salon
you will receive money off your balance.
● Please arrive no more than 10 minutes before your appointment,
coming early will not assure getting in earlier then time scheduled.
Deposits
● There is a Non refundable $25 deposit due AT BOOKING, and will go
towards your services.
● If you cancel your appointment, or reschedule the appointment 48
hours before your initial appointment, a new deposit will be required
to book a new date. Please cancel/reschedule 48 hours in advance.
● If I am late showing up to your appointment, money will be taken off
the balance of your service.
Cancellations
● Please cancel 48 hours before your appointment. An exception may
be made for emergencies. Last minute cancellation will result in a $25
cancellation fee if the lace has already been customized there will be
a $50 customization fee.
● No call/No shows will be blocked from booking future appointments.
Lace Drop offs
● All lace needs to be dropped off AT LEAST 1-2 days before your appt
by 5pm. Please include a bag with your name on it when dropping off
hair.
● Same day customization is an additional $25
● When reusing lace it must be cleaned or a wash will be added to your
install for $15.
● Any wigs or laces being Re-installed/Re-used MUST be cleaned or a
$15 fee will be added for cleaning any lace. Bundles being reused
must be free of thread and ready to install. No wet wigs, or hair.
Your natural hair and your wigs must be clean and
detangled NO exceptions. Meaning washed, dried,
and product free, oil scalp will be provided by me
during your appt. Failure to do so will result in a $25
wash fee and blow dry fee for natural hair before
your service.
